1. General
These Terms govern your use of www.jayvik.co.ke and any purchases made through our website or our physical store at Dominion Expo Centre, 1st Floor, Shop D2, Tom Mboya Street, Nairobi, Kenya. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are transacting under the supervision of a parent/guardian or authorized organizational representative.
2. Products & Pricing
- All products listed are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product without prior notice.
- Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated and may change without notice due to market conditions, currency fluctuations, or supplier pricing.
- We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications, but we do not warrant that all information is error-free. In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or correct the order and will notify you promptly.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders may be placed via our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person at our store.
- We accept payment via M-Pesa, bank transfer, card payment, and cash (in-store), as applicable.
- An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified, or as otherwise agreed in writing for corporate/institutional accounts and approved credit terms.
- For bulk, tender, or institutional orders, separate agreed terms (including invoicing and payment schedules) may apply.
4. Delivery
- We offer delivery across Kenya through our logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary by location and are estimates only, not guaranteed deadlines.
- Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the address provided.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Jayvik is not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
- Additional delivery charges may apply depending on location and order size.
5. Warranty & Returns
- All products sold by Jayvik carry the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty, the terms of which vary by brand and product category.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and are subject to the manufacturer's/supplier's assessment and terms.
- Returns or exchanges for defective products must be reported within a reasonable period from the date of purchase/delivery (please contact us promptly to initiate a claim).
- Products damaged through misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.
- Custom-built PCs and configured systems may be subject to specific return conditions due to the tailored nature of the build.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on www.jayvik.co.ke — including logos, text, graphics, images, and product descriptions — is the property of Jayvik Investment Ltd / Interlogix Computer Systems Ltd or its licensors and is protected under Kenyan and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is prohibited.
